Adrian has coordinated the “Grasz o staż” contest at PwC, and took part in preparation of the Best Employers Programme at Aon Hewitt. Adrian co-founded MJCC, and he is responsible for strategic projects. His experience covers a great deal of communication campaigns for companies across various sectors. Adrian believes that each company is able to discover unique values that will attract great candidates.
Employer Branding ManagerAneta has been involved in employer branding since 2008, working for such companies as Nestlé and ING Bank Śląski – it was there that Aneta was responsible for building the employer’s image among students and graduates as well as coordinated ambassador programmes. At MJCC, her area of operations focuses on the development and coordination of communication campaigns focused on different groups of candidates for companies for finance, BPO/SSC and FMCG businesses.
